While were on the subject of wheel studs, I’m still looking for some studs that are about a ½ inch longer than stock. The “racing” studs are plentiful but way too long for what I need.

I looked high and low for lnger studs for my 73 with Pro Stars, came up completely empty handed. They were either the same as stock, wrong diameter, or wrong knurl. ARP will make them for you, but I think they were 10-15 per stud. The only other option is to drill out your axles to accept a larger diameter knurl, which I was told was a PITA.
