If the vehicle is an automatic, which I'm sure it is, aren't they suppose to be towed with the non driven wheels on the ground ?

it was prolly a repo...or he just doesnt know what hes doin...I mean it drives obviously so he was snatching it and would prolly readjust somewhere down the road...
power to the little FWD's...useless as they may be!
