wanting to use a suicide doors back half kit 53 chevy
I was wondering im putting a s10 frame under my 53 chevy shortbed i want to install the suicide doors backhalf kit. but do to cutting off the end of the frame im not sure if it will work if anyone can tell me how much you have to cut off the end of the frame that would help thaks shane ive heard it was like 6 inches but i havent actually set down and measure everything up yet

I cut around eight inches off the back of mine and the rear crossmember is within 3/4 " of the frame rails. I personally don't think it will work without relocating components on their kit. Just my .02.

thats what i was thinking it sure is a sweet kit really clean look but im probably going to just build a back half out of square tubing and use the frame for the airtank with a parrallel 4 link and buil lift bars off the rear like these
