ECE tranny crossmember - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Can someone post a picture of one of these crossmembers installed. I need to know which direction the mount flange faces for bolting in a TH350. Does the flange face the motor side or towards the back of the truck. I hope I make sense?
