do u remove the std trans nt to install a AOD trans

You have to remove the crossmember under the bell housing & put one under the rear of the automatic.

the manual crossmember needs to be cut out, if not removed completely it atleast needs to be cut bank flush with the frame. or the bracket for the shifter will not bolt up. trust me, i just did it the hard way
