Question Re: New member with finished Ride!!

Beautiful truck! I have a question about those exhaust tips. I have always liked them but wondered do they change the exhaust tone at all from a standard round tip?. Since the tip acts like a megaphone I always wondered if being squished would change the tone?

Very COOL truck, I like the way you moded it. Very straight and suddel changes with big effect. You need a brake pedal pad though!

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: New member with finished Ride!!

Nice truck. Nice that you kept the '69 grille, as others have said. Regarding your dash....looks like you have overlaid some billet on top of the original guages and glove box door. Did I miss somthing? The A/C vents.....who is the vendor? Any modification to the dash to get them installed in place of the original ducts, or did you add A/C to a non-AC truck?

Oh, welcome from the Heart of Arkansas! We have several seasons....not just one like AZ and FL! But, you can bet whichever season it is....it's gonna be HUMID!!

Whoa! That's nice. Details on everything! Interested in seeing more pics of the wheel/tire/suspension package in particular. How wide are those tires too?

The rears tires are 275/30zr20 and fronts are 235/35/zr19 very little clearance on rears since wheels wells were kept stock, I will take more photos of the susp soon!!
