'75K10 Dana 44 parts for '72K2500 ??

Guy down here is selling axles and hubs out of a half ton truck. Are the '75 1/2 ton axles the same as my '72 3/4 axles? They went to a bigger u joint at some stage? What about the hubs? If I could get them cheap it would be good to have some spares. He wants $60 for the hubs (no reserve auction), no price on the axles (just says he has them still). He says hub part numbers are #36519 and #36520.

The axle shafts will fit and yor right , you get the bigger u joint. I think the spindles didn't go to the big bearing till 78?? Su they will fit. The hubs , rotors and brakes woulnt fit.
It looks like the inner C was cut off the axle tube..??

I think I did ok. Paid $60 for the hubs, $100 for the axles and everything else. Yeah, the 'inner C' was cut off the tube, but for $160 total, for down here, I think I made out ok. Included's a 3:73 (?) r&p. At least I get a spare set of axles.

Bill.
