Help Trucks wants to die

Need some help please, truck will run fine idel fine then sometimes when I get off the gas at stop signs or to turn it will die. It will fire right back up and run fine again. Any ideas? Thank you.

What carb are you running?
When was the last time you changed the fuel filter?
It sounds like the fuel filter is clogged or fuel line pinched.
But it could be idle adjustment.
Need more info.

you may have water in the gas tank

change your air filter, change your fuel filter, and blast some carb cleaner down your carb.

if that don't fix it then you probably need to make carb adjustments
