motor mounts
looking for some advice on the best way to mount my 632 its in a 70 short box thanks

A motor plate would probably be the easiest and cleanest way.

You need motor plates or at least a mid plate . That thing has alot of torque so you dont really want to hold it down with just the bosses on the block that could damage the block . You need to get a piece of 3/16" aluminium plate for the front and carve it out to fit . Then use some 1/8" steel on the frame rails to bolt it to . I would use TCI's mid plate / flexplate shield in the middle . They come oversise and are easy to fit . On the trans mount use a quality rubber mount . The tranny needs to be able to move a little to avoid breaking the case . You can click on my link but you might not be able to see much . I'm sure Kevins build thread would give you some idea of how to do it .
