Re: Lets see those BUDDY BUCKETS!!!!!!!

I'm in the process of trying to talk a guy into selling the buddy buckets out of his Dodge pickup. They've been reupholstered in black and white, which would match my truck pretty well! I'll post up a pic if I get them.

Re: Lets see those BUDDY BUCKETS!!!!!!!

Here is a set of buddy buckets I bought a couple of weeks ago. They were already reupholstered when I bought them and I got the matching dash pad also.

Re: Lets see those BUDDY BUCKETS!!!!!!!

But...they still look like a cool option without spending the cash everyone wants for the buddy buckets.

Re: Lets see those BUDDY BUCKETS!!!!!!!

Buddy buckets were made by Bostrom, which is why there are similarities between the ones used in Dodge, GM, and International. The above pictured buddy seats are from an International.

Re: Lets see those BUDDY BUCKETS!!!!!!!

I've pulled them from all three truck makes I listed. The only truck I've never seen them in is a Ford. Here is a set of them from a 69/70 International that a friend of mine pulled. Yours are missing the end brackets that mount between the tubular frame and the floor.

Re: Lets see those BUDDY BUCKETS!!!!!!!

I added power tracks from a 67 Chevelle to both my pass and driver. Seat just goes back and forward just like stock. The tracks raised the seat by 1" so I cut the frame down 1 1/4" so they sit proper height and had to get the center raised back up so the console matches the seat height and so the jack can still be placed under the seat .
