Core Supports

Can anyone tell me the difference between a 67-68 core support and a 69-72 and what is involved to make a later support work with 68 fenders and hood.
thanks

Re: Core Supports

The 69-72 Core supports have a headlight perch welded onto them to re-locate the headlights a little. As far as I know if you have the later core support you could remove the perches and use it for the earlier applications.

I'm sure one of the smart guys will be along soon to point out any other differences.

Here is a pic of an early core support I converted into a later support.
