Just started reading, but I do know of one 3.6 swap. Here is a GM 3.6 swap and turbo build.

June IG post by FF showing what looks like the Minx interior. Moved it overseas?
Sure is a cool car!

Re: '66 Sunbeam Minx Project - F20C/6sp/4-link/Discs...
Hi everyone! I had been locked out of my account for a bit there and the reset password wasn't sending me the new password..
But we got in today! In response to all the kind words and support since my last post: Thank you! I do have some updates to share. Yes, as someone mentioned, the interior is done. Big shout out to ClassicCars503 for the top notch work. The headliner, carpet, door panels, trunk mat and side panels all turned out perfect! The car is still in Portland and I'm in town with it now. Sadly, I cannot take this one with me to Morocco so it will be listed on BAT VERY soon. I'll post the link when it's live. New pics to follow! |

That car is so nice. If you didn't follow the build you would never know what a jewel it is. Dave appreciated the quality and wrapped it with great care. Nice.

Thank you Russell. Yes, it is quite the subtle gem that continues to reward as you peel back the layers!

Thanks guys for all the support and encouragement over the past 13 years!
I’m genuinely heartbroken to have to let it go, but also super excited for someone to get to experience this absolutely unique driving experience. Now live on bringatrailer -> http://https://bringatrailer.com/lis...-sunbeam-minx/ Last edited by Frizzle Fry; 08-06-2022 at 04:46 AM. |

Re: '66 Sunbeam Minx Project - F20C/6sp/4-link/Discs...
I don't know how FF can sell this masterpiece? I certainly couldn't but then again I don't REMOTELY have the skills to build something like this in the first place. I suppose he can build another or something else just as nice when he gets back.
It's sweet little car and if it sold for $52,000 it was an absolute steal!
