After 5 months I finally got all of the bugs work out. Never realized all the things that can happens when building something from the ground up. Lol But, I'm finally enjoying driving my 54 Chevy Truck. No matter where I go, people stare and give me the thumps up, I think that has to be the most gratifying felling besides people coming up at the gas station and taking pictures of it and asking questions about the truck. Also I finished the inside so here's a few pictures inside and out.

This is our 1958 GMC 150 long box stepside withat the 336 v8. All original and plan to keepit this way, love this truck it's fun to drive around. We also got married in it. The other one is my truck that I'm gonna completely restore it's a 1959 chevyou stepside. Stay tuned to pictures of what happens to it.

Thanks fellas for the kind words. These projects can sometimes take on a life of their own. Got all the bed wood strips tightened down today so the backend is complete.

Owned for the last 34 years and counting, never been off the frame, never had a full "nut and bolt" restoration. Just a survivor, tried to keep her running and gussied up nice. Stock 216, 3-on the tree, slow and steady as she goes...

My '47 COE, drive it everyday and everywhere. Running on a '03 Silverado chassis and drive train.
