Smile Help, I can't post my truck for sale.

I have been a member since 01 or 02 and cannot post my truck for sale. What action do I need to take? Thanks.

Feel free to follow the link in my signature or click on the "subscribe" link at the top of the page.

Upon becoming a supporting board member you will be able to post your truck and any other items you might have for sale.

Trust me though... it will be the best $25 you will ever spend. Where else can you get this kind of exposure, information, parts, friends,... etc?

Alot of older members run into this.In October`06 a new policy requiring a paid subscription to post any dealings such as For Sale,WIW,and WTB began.

Re: Help, I can't post my truck for sale.

The subscriber fee is a simple way to keep the BB open for all while still creating a way to fund it.The fee is less than the fee to participate in most recreational activities(Just take your wife to a movie),while providing enough income for the board to operate. The cost of keeping the site in bandwidth is probably equal to most members mortgages. The owner can't afford to buy for everyone,he already spends a great deal of time just keeping things working.

Re: Help, I can't post my truck for sale.

Way back when this site was new I was a member under another name, I got some help and never paid a fee... Now I pay so I won't feel guilty.

Seriously, this site has some of the most helpful members around. Someone will try to help with whatever question comes up -paid member or not.
