Well, here's what I've heard...

The main difference between the paste and the liquid comes down to the ingredients. The paste is more concentrated than the liquid, and also has an ingredient to make it last longer.

The liquid is comparable and will give you as much shine but just isn't as concentrated as the paste. The liquid will cover more area for less money, which is great to have in these days. Some think that the liquids are easier to work with...

As 72 said paste has more of a concentrate, liquid more easy one easy off. Personally I use 2 coats of paste(let in fully form to a haze, then use 2 micro fiber towels to remove, one for removing second for polishing) in the spring an fall liquid the rest of the year!!!

pastye paste paste......and the less you use the better off you are...trust me I have used it on everything....like the old comcial a little dab will do yea
