I think the only thing close to a reason why I don't like it is it seems like it's going backwards from a strength standpoint. The 3/4 ton suspension (ball joints, spindles, etc) were heavier duty. But on the other hand, if you're dropping it, you're probably not hauling a thousand tons in it or behind it. So other than that, just personal choice.

And I have to agree with you on some of the things I see on this forum. I keep thinking, "Buy a FORD and screw it up, not a truck that's worth something!!" HAHA
