Center Caps

Question here for anyone who is running this style rim on their 67-72.

These rims and center caps are mostly seen on 73-87 and I was wondering is there any other center caps that can be used on these that would look better for 67-72? The truck I want to put these on is a 69 Suburban 4x4 so the rear wheel center caps have the 4x4 emblem that just does not seem like it would look so great on the 69. Here is the Suburban:

THanks in advance.

Re: Center Caps

Yep TCB... I figure someone will have some good ideas. By the way I had to choose between your green and the truck's original silver. It is in the body shop now and will be coming out silver with black below the body line.

It was a tough decision though!

Re: Center Caps

These 90's era caps look good, but you'll have to cut the center out of the front two for the hubs. I don't know how it would look though since the hub sticks out so far.

The original style 73-87 caps look best with the front hubs, IMO. If you don't like the 4x4 sticker on the rears, you can change them with a bowtie sticker.

Re: Center Caps

Another simple/cheap upgrade to the center caps you have is to use a spot mirror glued onto the center. I did it to my first set before I went with Late model center caps.
