What Brand Mustang II Suspension is this?

I just bought a frame for my 1950 3100 pickup that has a mustang ii independent front suspension and a 4 link. The previous owner said it is a heidts front end, although it looks nothing like a heidts to me. The lower control arms don't look like a normal mustang ii's that i have seen, although i have a friend who used to race these type of lower control arms all the time. The crossmember also almost looks like it was welded on backwards since the back of the crossmember fits snug to the frame while a thick shim was used on both sides in the front of the crossmember., although now i think about it i didn't check to see of both the font and the back were the same width and it was shimmed because of the framerails narrowing.

Does anybody know who makes this front end?

Thanks,

That doesn't look like the Heidt's setup I have. Also in the center on the crossmember there is a tag if it really is a Heidt's.

It looks to be a owner fabed unit. It looks to be a good design from what I can see. Does the upper A-arms have a ecentric for alignment?
