60-66 bone yard

Man I found this place in the sticks. He has a whole bunch of stuff out here but really really likes the 60-66 truck stuff. Check it out. Most of it is rusty bad, but some new metal and we're cooking.

Re: 60-66 bone yard

he will sell. Kind of pricey... wanted about a grand for the burb.... rusty burb. $1200 for a 67 burb that was very ruff as well. I am sure he would come off of it but all of it needed a TON of work. I know Alan has a nice parts truck that would be a great cab to get.

Just follow the link in my signature. I'm selling as a whole right now, but may part out. I'm about an hour North of Atlanta. Thanks jmedero.

Re: 60-66 bone yard

this place is in a little town called Molino. Its 20 min from Alabama. I moved to Pensacola 2 years ago from Orlando, its a 7- 7 1/2 hour drive from Otown. Like I said he will sell he said, but to me too much for all the cancer on them.

Re: 60-66 bone yard

There is an older junk yard here in town that I found the other day thats just about like this. Mostly pre 70s stuff, with quite a few 60-66 trucks/burbs. Hes got a ex government Suburban, just about complete, and a extra long 3/4 ton ex government Burb. I asked if he wanted to sell, and he said they were just for parts. They had been sitting there probably since before I was born!

Hate to see good iron go to waste.

Take a look at the burb and tell me if you think its a waste of time to do. I am really feeling that style of burb.....
how bad do you think? For sure quarters, rockers, fender patches, some floor stuff but what about the roof?

Re: 60-66 bone yard

I spotted the 6 inches gone from the roof of that 54/55, how does a truck with that kind of work done to it wind up in a bone yard?
