glove box hinge

anybody ever find a supplier for new/after market glove box hinge'?.i know it coms up from time to time and i thought it was a junkyard only item? if you know of one needing a home or find one in a catalog somewhere.let me know.

I bought the whole inner plastic part new from classic parts of america. Mine didnt have an actual hinge, the plastic just bends when I open and close it.

Just go to homo depot and get some small hinges and mount on there, it's hardly noticable, and you won't have to repair it ever again.

i have used just plain old aluminum or sheetmetal hinge stock..
if you need and offset for the hinge, first cut hinge to apropriate length then remove the pivot pin, then flip one of the two halves
that's how we did it on ACFT....
just my two cents..
good luck

p.s. i highly recommend a single hinge peice full length or at least over HALF of the glove box length, two hinges can be a bear to have appropriately aligned.... just my opinion p.s. heavy.. i love u dude hahahah (heterosexually)
