yea this happened to me it was the u joints next to the transfer case(dont remember which one exactly). btw the front driveline is a pita to take off and on.

i diddnt think it ws a pita....
it sucked yes.. but getting the t case itself off sucked..
that "majic" pocket of gear oil began pouring in my shoulder.. and all i could do was just lay there and keep my mouth shut and prey that it diddnt get in my eyes..

lol that happend to me when i replaced my rear main seal and it happend to me when i was messing with my fuel lines lmao i couldnt be near a smoker for a week lol
