Couple Questions

Ahoy, I have a 75 4x4 longbed and it has a superlift 4 inch lift kit and 31 inch falken tires at 35 psi and rancho shocks. I love this truck however it gets to be very anoying when I am driving down a seemingly flat road and the truck is just bouncing all over the road. Is this normal for a 4 inch all spring lift?

Next, there are bolt on clamps on the ends of the springs and they seem to hold 2 leaves together, what are those for?

Last question, Id like to be able to run 44 inch ground hawgs, How much of a lift will I need?

Thank you.
