This is becoming a habit!

Seems like every time I go to look at parts I bring home trucks. One not so nice - one is great find. I bought the 67 and all I wanted was the rearend. If someone wants it and has 67-68 rearend housing let me know. Otherwise I will part it out.

The 72 has some great history and I was glad to get it. Not sure what I will do with it!

Here you go - not sure what I will do with this one. Too nice to cut up. It runs great. The owner was 75. He had owned for 30 years and used it once a month to get supplies. A/C needs a condenser and should work (he says). He is a distant relative so we same last name. I told him the tag on front had to stay.

Re: This is becoming a habit!

Well it just so happens I have a condensor for the A/C that I will install for free if you let me take the truck back to TN and drive it for a year or two. You know, just to make sure the air works right. Would'nt want you to melt in that Carolina heat!!

Did you pay extra for the custom floor mat?

Seriously, Nice find.

Re: This is becoming a habit!

It's funny, my truck has those same mirrors on it and the guy locally that sells parts for these trucks said they were the wrong ones and not original (there are no holes in the door that I can find where the other style would have been). I wonder if they were a part of some package?

Maybe - This on has "leveling springs" on it as well for hauling. He said they were original??

If you part out the 67 I would be interested in the instrument panel and the grille. If the grille is in descent shape.

Not bad at all - just missing a few of the small screw/nuts. Wonder if you can find those?

I'm not sure if they repop them or not, but usually you can pick up a single hubcap with what you need. Where's the pictures of the paint on the blazer????

The 67 was just up the road from you in Mooresville. Rearend should be Stock - I just need a 67-68 housing.

Since others have done so, I'd like first crack at the following off that 67:

1. Choke cable/knob/assoc hardware
2. Light switch w/knob
3. Wiper switch/knob
4. Inside door panels
5. Inside door window crank and door release handles
6. Dash pad
7. Ignition switch and door locks (if keyed same and working)
8. Outside door handles if nice shape
9. Chrome headlight bezels and grille surrounds
