Front end conversion?

Hey Guy's I was wanting some feed back from anyone that has done a 67-68 nose on a later model frame. When I bought my truck the 68 body was already on the 71 frame. The cab was mounted but the core support was just sitting there. As I looked at it it looked to me the holes didn't line up too well. I know the swap has been done before, I'm just wondering how everyone got around this problem. Thanks ian

I just tossed it on, bolted it down, and used the 72 core support bushings.
Other than the calico colors, its all lined up fine.
72 C/20 burb with a 68 nose.

The other thing is the core support has to be for the front clip you are using. If the truck still has the 71 core support ,it doesn't work.

The truck is a good thing to keep your mind occupied over there. You are all doing a great job. Come home safe.
