Thanks everyone for the advise !!!
The gentleman is starting to act unsure of selling now because his brother-in-law is poking his nose in on the truck . I was wanting to poke his nose ...  If it don't work out ..life goes on and it wasn't ment to be .. I do have my eyes on a couple others just in case .. Thanks for the info all of you !!
