Well not to be picky, but the passenger side fender piece doesn't fit perfect. It takes some force to make fit. I emailed Mar-k about it and they said the following.

"This is due to an inconsistency in our tooling, so unfortunately it is not something we can easily change.

In order to fit the moulding more easily, our engineer suggested:

1.Start with the center screw at the top of the wheel opening, as it is not slotted.
2.Then begin attaching at the back of the wheel opening and working your way to the front.*

You will have to press hard to make it fit, but it should be a little easier and help avoid damage to your moulding if you proceed in this manner."

I am still overall happy with their product though.

Yes, fit good. I quickly just test fit everything when I got my order in because I was curious if it fit as well as everybody says. I'll give them a 99%

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread

i wonder if you can use a homemade male female profiled die to press the dents out maibe an inch wide chucked in a drillpress and push gently down it should work for the long skinny pieces along the sides
allso you could use copperpolish and lots of elbowgrease to bring the sheen back on that stuff

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread

Mike, it seems that it's easier to sale the trim and let the new owner take on the challenge of cleaning it.........that's what I did!!!! The Mar-K trim is a great fit and the packaging is outstanding. That is who I purchased mine from. Mar-K all the way!!

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread

Brothers had there trim on sale until the 30th I think. I got mine from them and it was drop shipped in 2 days. Really nice pieces!

Most of the trim they sell is from Mar-k I guess... I know mine was.
