I know a powdercoating guy that could use that thing every day. A quick call to Early Classic to get some goodies and it would be lowered and so much easier to load stuff in and out of.

I had to send one just like that to the crusher, But mine had an aluminum body, so there wasn't any rust issues. But when put up against a wall. You gotta do what you gotta do.
