Center AC vent
Has anyone ever replaced the AC vent that is in the center of the dash with 2 modern vents? It sure would be nice to be able to direct that flow to each side and there are two hoses that feed it anyway so it just seems natural to add another vent.

Re: Center AC vent
When I put in a aftermarket A/C in my truck I moved the radio to the heater controls and put the vents and controller in the radio spot. It worked out great.

Re: Center AC vent
That is a very sweet mod!
OP- Have you tried plugging one side of the center vent, and capping off the other end at the A/C box? You can increase the air volume to all vents this way, just running one hose to the center vent.
