college kid needs help

hey fellas i know there is a pic floatin around here about what i need to do to undo a bed.. i dont have time to search for it since i have classes alot.. so can anybody help me please?

Are you referring to the removal of the bed from the truck or the actual removing of the bed sides, etc?

If it's the removal from the back of the truck, you just have to remove the big bolts on the bottom and disconnect the electrical wiring from between the cab and bed.

If it's completely disassembling, it's more involved with a lot more bolts and screws but no rocket science. You also have to cut through the weld in the back of each side where it meets the bed. I've done this a couple of times and takes about 2-3 hours. If the bolts are rusted you may have to cut with a sawsall, torch them, or just break them off.

im sellin a bedside to a guy i got the bed off and flipped upside down.. i thought there was a pic floating around here that has each bolt highlighted
