Question 71 Fleetside inner rear wheel well piece

I'm in the process of replacing some sheetmetal on my 71 Cheyenne that has an 8' fleetside box.

Inside the rear wheel well, there is a piece of metal that goes from the wheel well lip up to the wheel well housing and both sides are badly rotted.

Is this piece available in repro??? It would be very hard to try and fabricate it as it's curved and complicated.

Thanks,

Bob

They are pretty common on the parts board for sale. If you can't turn up a set let me know. I have several sets of them in my shop.

Re: 71 Fleetside inner rear wheel well piece

Note- these are not the pieces that bolt in at the back of the wheel well but the part that runs along the top of the wheel opening. It's spot welded (mine is anyway) to the wheel well lip. The other side is where the wheel tubs bolt to.

I can't find any vendors selling these new so maybe used is my only option. ???
