Re: Centercaps for these wheels?

Mid 80's GM trucks and vans. The caps actually screw on to the wheel directly. Not all that hard to find.

The small holes between the lugs. Here is link to cheap caps 4 your wheels.

http://www.lakeshorewheelandtire.com...24&prevstart=0

They are plastic and have 4x4 logos on them, but I bought a set and they look good, are very reasonably priced, and come with mounting bolts (I had to grind the threaded end on them off a little, they are a tad to long...I would suggest mounting them to the wheels off the truck, then grinding the exposed tips off just a bit...if not they will contact the hub surface, causing wheels to not seat right on truck).

On a side note even the factory caps will have the 4x4 emblems on the caps...these are for 4x4 trucks from 73-87...well two of the factory caps are open ended for access to the front hubs on the 4x4's.

For something different, will the Astro center caps from the Nineties fit? They are kinda hard to see, but check 'em out.

Prolly be easier to see if there weren't so many "distractions" in front of the truck!

There are 5 and six lug versions depending on which wheel you have..

....could it be a Granny Knot? You DO know the difference between them, right? Yeah, I mean the difference between the knots, not what's different between "them"....
