Any 6 doors on the forum?
I have a thing for things that are out thee and this is one of them. probably because one of my dads friends had one when I was growing up and I thought they were the cooler than cool. So I was wondering if anybody on the forum was the proud owner of one of these beasts.

Never saw a 6 door before. Pretty cool.
Maybe their catch phase should be: The 6-Door Suburban...cuz I don't want a van.

Phillips Petro ran these back and forth to the Tulsa Airport for years. they would run them to 300k Miles and sell them.

Awww man those things are cool! Can you imagine the sound of all those doors slamming over and over again?
I remember seeing a 6 door pickup on ebay a while ago. Did anybody ever produce those or was that a 1 off custom? |

Re: Any 6 doors on the forum?
wow I never saw those Suburbans before. I dig. I've been wanting to build a 6+ door vehicle for a while, but haven't figured out what to start with. It will probably be 10 years before I finish my current project anyway.
Oh, and the green one is a 6-door it has 4 doors and an extended prtion that it looks like was made from the skin of a door, but the window is smaller and there is no door gap. It is my understanding that 1 or more companies popped these things out.
