Load level kit
Hello all, Nice to be back.
Can anyone tell me what load level kit will work best for my truck with minimum modifcation. No place to fab (Dam condo complex) 1985 c10. c-notch with filp kit. factory leafs in place. just need to get back to ride hight when loaded with my work equipment. Thanks. |

The only thing I can think of would be to add factory style overload springs. They are on my stock 3/4 ton and it gives it some leveling when it's loaded or pulling a trailer.

I would think so too. You could also put actual lift springs on back.

What you need is a "helper" air spring. Take a look at what Airlift has to offer- LINK
You can run them with a small compressor, or just fill them witha schrader valve. They work great with a lowered truck.

Air bags are the way to go,and the in cab controls are nice too.
Have installed lots of the Firestone set ups. They can still be run with axle flips and c notches. I removed a set off my 84 which is flipped and notched when i started prepping the frame for another project.
