Put These Wheels on My Truck and Paint It

Help me convince my dad!!!

Looking for a photoshop guru to put these wheels on my truck and paint it the blue color below. Muchas gracias!!!! Oh, I included multiple pics to give you choice of whatever is easiest. No need to graft wheels on all three pics. And if you can't do the color, either the best you can or just leave it primer. We are definitely going with Surf Blue, but I'm trying to convince my dad (half of the owners of this project) that these 22s will look good on our truck. He doesn't like them on the green one. I personally think its because the color is not our preference and its a later model.

And if you want to make it more like it is today, I now have one piece side windows, no door handles, no gas cap on driver's side, and no bumpers. that's just if you want to. I can tell what it will look like even if you don't make those changes. I would have included a more updated pic with those changes already in place, but now it has no engine and it sits high in the front. Plus, it now has some new panels that are all black. Figured that would complicate it too much.
