15x9.5?

I found a set of 15x9.5 wheels.

Will they fit all the way around? Anyone have any pics?

The do not appear to be centered. I have no idea of the back space yet. My truck is not lowered yet but on he way. What size tires would fly on these? thinking 255x60s?

These are 15x9's on my 83 with 275/50's, the backspace on them is 4" truck has a 4/5 drop with no problems

Re: 15x9.5?

My dad used to have an 84 1/2t long box. All stock, he wasn't into the lowered thing. The truck needed tires, I found him a new set of 31s mounted on 15x10 wagon wheels. They fit on there fine, didn't rub anywhere. I'd think if they would fit, a 8" lowered would be fine.

Re: 15x9.5?

on lowered truck front would be the problem with 9.5 in. rims with 255x60's > might fit with 5.5 backspacing No problem on rear

Yes, when I wasn't running the 275/50's I would put 245/60's which measured out almost the same as the 275's

Re: 15x9.5?

Just got some news on the wheels. Back spacing is only 3.5 on all wheels. Think I should go for it and extend all the fenders on my truck front and back.

Duh Not at the moment the tranny just went out on my Pentastar

Thanks for the help folks

Please tell me you weren't seriously considering this? I'm sorry to hear about your transmission, but I think it was a blessing if it saved you from buying those wheels.
