RADIO measurements??

does antbody offhand have the measurements for stem to stem width and the faceplate hole that they can post//been going thru old stuff and found a nice old panasononic AM/fm cassette i'd forgot i had and dont remember if it will fit the stock dash holes

I know I'm not answering your question (my nephew is borrowing my truck right now and I can't measure), but most stereo tape players will fit and the shafts on the player are probably adjustable.

I can get the measurement tomorrow for the opening off my 69. My 68 GMC has a temporary radio on it and face plage so can't get to the hole.

However, I do have an orginal radio here in the garage and here's the measurements:

Face part that slides in the hole is 4-7/16" W X 2-3/16" H.
Stem to stem is 6-1/4".

my stems aren't adjustable for width.
