Anybody with faulty reman M/C ?

Today I replaced my booster and M/C. When I was bench bleeding the m/c I noticed the piston was'nt coming all the way back to the snap ring easily. so when I installed the m/c on the truck the piston was against the snapring. So I get it all 2gether drivin home hit brakes a few times then I smell burnin brakes, barely make it home front brakes are dragging bad. Got from autozone they said they'll exchange it just like some input before I tear apart. Could I have prop valve problems?

Yes, I had to take them back a few times before. They were from Auto Zone. But, you could also have defective rubber hoses. They swell up on the inside and prevent the fluid from returning to te mc.

Jack the front of the truck up and start it up. Have someone step on the brake while you try to spin the wheel. If it's locked up or hard to spin after they release the brake pedal, loosen the bleed valve and see if releasing the pressure unlocks it.

Yeah thats also what the guy at autozone said but that stuff was the first things I replaced having fatiged lines aint no joke. I took it off again to see if the piston was stuck in the bore and it was so I took it back to AZ they gave me another I can tell a difference by bench bleedin it. It's nice and smooth, think that oughta do. And suprisingly after I told the guy at AZ what happened he gave me 2 bottles of brake fluid and a roll of blue towels for FREE !!!
