Not a bad truck. I would have done the fram in another color to offset it from the white body.

It's a shame to do all that work, and then paint it white! But...to each his own.

Re: Here's a highly customized C10 on Ebay

For a 30k sale, you would think they could invest a little more time in the description. Anybody have ANY idea what kind of outer door handles, and hood latch they used????

Re: Here's a highly customized C10 on Ebay

pretty sure the door handles are from an older Mazda miata, no idea on the hood latch.
I do agree that it's really short on the description, that could be part of the reason why it hasn't sold yet. it says 'own a piece of history' or some such thing, but gives no clue at all about the history. Was it a well known designer or builder, or was it built for some celeb or something? they just don't give enough info for a sale of the caliber($$$) they are looking for.

Oddly enough, this truck is very close to where I live, I might have to check the seller out just for kicks.

Re: Here's a highly customized C10 on Ebay

I think it's a great looking truck especially on the outside. I probably would have done something different with the dash, but hey, I didn't build it. I think the fuel filler in the bed is a little odd, not sure if I like it or not. Also wish I could see more of those outer door latches. I kinda like the white frame!

Re: Here's a highly customized C10 on Ebay

I think a chrome grill would look better, plus I don't like the dash.

Re: Here's a highly customized C10 on Ebay

look closely @ frame below rear cab mount on frame rust is showing... exactly why i would NEVER own a white vehicle. especially a white frame. nice truck though. not to excited about dash or door panels. but nice workmanship

Re: Here's a highly customized C10 on Ebay

They spent a lot of time and effort on this ride but it just does not seem to flow together
As said above the mono treatment is a bit much, the grill does not work and the dash looks to be HUGE
Anyone notice the lack of rake - the nose needs to be lowered more

Re: Here's a highly customized C10 on Ebay

I can certainly appreciate the thousands of hours of effort, stock grill and chrome front bumper along with a dash and maybe upgrade the master cylinder and this truck would sell, IMO.

Once again a thread gets locked because it turns in to a bash fest.

Do any of you ever consider that the owner of that truck might be on this forum.
