those aftermarket kits are really sharp....but i like to use newer generation factory parts to make repairs easier....you can get new pads, rotors, etc at the local store. the factory tech is especially nice with rear disc swaps because the parking brake is a seperate drum unit under the rotor and doesn't have a troublesome and inconvenient mechanism built into the caliper. 2000+ GM trucks have rear disc and there are 6 lug and 8 lug versions so 4x4's, some 2wd's and all 3/4 and 1ton trucks are covered. i want to go this route on the rear of my 72 burb some day, although the stock brakes are really nice with massive rear drums and discs on the front.
