Ya i made an adapter similar to the plate adapter already out there. reused the stock 71 engine and frame mounts.

The fans are stock LS1 camaro/firebird/corvette 98-up. i trimmed the lower part of the fan to fit into the stock 71 fan shroud mounts then made plates that screwed into the upper fan shroud mount.

The steam line, my 71 radiator had an extra nipple in it so i ran the steam line to it..... pic below
