truck tailgate on 71 blazer
I'm sure this has been covered here before, but I couldn't find it. So if anyone knows, will the tailgate from a 67 - 72 truck fit a 71 blazer? If not can one be modified to fit? Thanks guys.

You'll need to install the blazer specific metal strip that goes on the top/inside of the gate for the hatch to seal correctly.

Does anyone have a picture of that strip?
Is it available aftermarket? My Blazer came with a diamond tread tailgate protector on the tailgate so this is missing & I'm sure it is contributing to the 'gas chamber' problem I'm working on eliminating...
