Likely hood of a 2whl drive frame for a 4whl?

Just curious, the more I delve into my first build up and the amount of snow we've gotten this year I've started to think about going the route of a 4 x 4 build, only issue is that what I currently have now is a 2 wheel drive frame. I've got a box and a front end, only thing else I need for the body is the cab. What are the chances of doing a frame trade? Good, bad or who knows? Just wanting some opinions or ideas?
