Yeah I wouldn't pass that up either!
My son has a '96 GMC 2500 with the 7.4 Vortec and IMO it has good power for towing, and my son hammers on it every chance he gets too. Only issue he's had with it was an ate up distributor gear. I guess that's not that uncommon with the newer roller camed engines. I'm pretty sure you can upgrade the pump in that '91 tank if need be. I know that the 5.7 Vortec's require a minimum fuel pressure of 62# if I remember correctly. I just don't know for sure on the 7.4's
