Tilt install help and questions

I hve this link but can't find te adapter for the wiring harness...also mine has a cruz button on the end of the turn signal and need a new lever.....

I want to gather up the parts and clean it up ....I would imagine its a pretty quick swap....heres what I started with it's been kickiing around the shop for a few years...so things you just never know when your going to need...lmao
