Backspacing Question
What is a good standard backspacing for a 8" wheel with a 4/6 drop?
Is 5 1/2" too much? I found a set of wheels I might buy to stick back for the 72 but I'm still not sure of backspacing for the 67-72's I've spent most my time with 88-98s. |

4.0 is perfect for fleetside 4.5 on a stepside,vince.

JWall... I know I won't be providing you with much information, but one thing I've learned is that each application is a little different. Even running bags will change the BS by just enough to cause clearance issues in the future. Each time this question is proposed I recommend each person to measure the opening for their application.
72 SUPER10.... so you have any pics of a truck running the BS you mentioned above? The specs mentioned above "might" work on a 67-70 (narrower rearend) but I don't believe they will work for JWall's '72.
