Im guessing that it hasnt been long since that one was impounded. The "new Tx plate" that is on the back just came out last fall. Looks like it has a new radiator too.

Looked to me like it had a rough ride running from the cops (assuming that's why it was impounded) with the hatch busted and the battery off the mount.
