Windshield removal
I am looking to swap the windshield from my Blazer to my truck for the antenna in the windshield. Is this an easy process that can be done in a couple of hours?

Pretty easy.....I've swapped windsheilds in under an hour.
It helps to have an extra person and glass tools...but it can still be done easily by yourself and with a few, dull screwdrivers...

use plenty of WD-40 around the seal to remove it

just went down that road a month ago( broke 2 doner windshields trying to get them in) you need some nylon glass spoons and a clear mind and not be in a hurry if you try to do it yourself! that seal will be very tight on the corners. from experience ask your local glass shop how much $ to install, just my 2 cents!

I just removed a bad windshield in my 84 and the seal was locked on had to cut it to get it out. tried installing another used windshield with a new seal and it busted. If your glass is old and the seal is old you might have to replace both. I found a local glass place that will come to the house and install and supply a new tinted windshield with antenna using my new seal for 125.00 they also have a specialty tool for installing the lock.
