Need some help ... Is this truck worht it?

I have been looking for a driveable project truck for a few years now. I put a wanted post in Craigslist and this person contacted me. Here are the specs on the truck from the guy:

- 1986 chevy Silverado 2-wheel drive-
- Short Bed, Fleet Side
All Original!!
Power Windows. Locks, Air Conditioning, Cruise, Tilt-Wheel, Sliding Rear Window, V-8, 4bbl. Automatic, Chrome Bumpers, Factory Bed Rails, All Gauges in dash, 8" Ralley Wheels -w- New B.F.Goodrich TA Radials, New PA-Inspection!!
I bought the truck a year ago, and have completely restored the engine compartment! NEW:
- Radiator
- Heater Core
- Belts & Hoses
- Power Steering Pump
- Tune-up
- Inner Fender Wells
I have a extra set of doors, Front Fenders Ready for Paint! I also already have the paint!
Bed is in very-nice shape!!
Runs & Drives, It has served as a dailey - driver over the past few months,

the guy us asking $4000. I live in south central PA. Is it worth the dollars. I have not seen it and going to look tonight. No photos either. From what you read please let me know if it sounds like a deal. Of course I would be looking for the amount of rot etc needed. I am not sure what these trucks are selling for.

If he is saying he has extra doors, and it's ready for paint that tells me it has rust and needs bodywork. I agree with Boat that it's about a grand high if it needs paint.

Great thanks for the help. No photos so that makes me a little scared. I really wanted a stepside but finding them is next to impossible.
