Found a Tach guage cluster
Found a small bone yard in the middle of nowhere Iowa that has several 67-72 trucks (Also had a few 65ish shortbox trucks sittin in the weeds that looked fair). I stopped and looked to see if there was anything left on them that was any good. I found a Tach dash in a C60 tow truck. The bezel is in poor condition, the lense and guages look good the needles are faded. It has a choke knob on the right side (under the wiper switch). The truck doesn't look like it has sat there too long and is dry & clean inside so it's reasonable to assume that it is still in working order.
Asking price is $100 and he won't budge. I passed on it, was this the right choice? What is this worth?

Re: Found a Tach guage cluster
If it's complete, I'd say $175-200.

I have his contact info if anybody wants it. I think I'll hold out till I can afford a nicer (already restored) one.
