Re: *****************
Be patient....it will be worth the wait. I buy lots of parts from them and they build most everything to order. I drive there and pickup my stuff. They are a class act.

Re: *****************
I've never had a problem and they have even called me to tell me items were backordered.

Re: *****************
yeah I don't remember things taking long. Are you sure you placed the order (sometimes there is a last "submit" button) Have you gotten an email confirmation from them.
Maybe give them a quick call and see whats up. |

Re: *****************
Some of the things they sell are remotely drop-shipped. Things they sell out of their stock they can track and arrive quickly. Things being shipped from elsewhere are a bit out of their control.

I ordered the front bags and bracket kit from them and it took a little over two weeks to get them. Nice parts though.

Did you call them yet? Talk to Ricky or Matt. They are both stand up guys and will take care of any problems.

Re: *****************
def worth the wait..but i have had the same problems. and nobody told me i had stuff on backorder until the first shipment came and i seen it on the receipt. also i called once and asked on the update from matt and he said they were made just need to be shipped, so i called 3 days later and he said he was waiting for another week for them to come before shipping to me....? so i have had run arounds with them but i still order from them, there stuff is top notch

Re: *****************
Yeah, it takes a week or two for most of there stuff to get to you. It mostly depends on where you live and where they have the parts being shipped out.
Hey, its better than another small vendor for suspension parts that i ordered from on here. It took 4 1/2 months to get my 4-link and I still didnt get all the parts. I ordered the missing parts from suicide and got them in about a week

I've dealt with Jason and Ricky alot when I had my s10. They did some custom brackets for me to hookup a york 210 on my tbi 4.3
Never had a problem with em, just always called about everything.

Re: *****************
Nice parts, took a month to get, no heads up they were out of stock on items (not drop shipped, fabbed in house) and I was told they'd be shipped out next week a couple of times.
